Information for participants presenting a poster
We would like to inform all participants that the dimensions of the poster board are: 200cm (length) x 100cm (width). Please note that the poster cannot exceed the dimensions provided. The poster should include:

The poster should be hung on June 2nd, 2011.
The poster presentation in front of the Committee during the Poster Session on June 3rd, 2011 should be no longer than 3-5 minutes. The best posters will be rewarded.

Very important !!!
Information for participants, who will conduct a lecture or deliver an oral presentation during the Conference:
Presentation in the Power Point format should be delivered to the SLIDE ROOM no later than 45 min. before the beginning of the session, in which the paper will be presented. The presentation should be provided on a USB flash drive or CD – other data storage media will not be accepted.
In the SLIDE ROOM there will be a possibility to view and test the presentation. Then, via the intranet, the presentation will be sent to the appropriate conference room, where it will be presented.
Please note that it will not be possible to use the CD or the USB flash drive directly in the conference room.
Participants, who will not provide the presentation to the Slide Room within the time limit provided, will not have the possibility to use their data storage medium (with the presentation) in the conference room.
The information which should be provided with the presentation:
- presenter's name,
- title of the presentation,
- date,
- name of the room,
- time of the presentation.
